BCR Cyber is dedicated to providing exceptional placement services through its Training Pipeline Management program.
By collaborating with employers, we aim to train and successfully place qualified BCR Cyber students in full-time entry-level IT/cyber positions.
We offer multiple career pathways to employment, ensuring that our students have diverse options to kickstart their professional journeys. These pathways include:
Internships: Our internship programs offer valuable hands-on experience in real-world work environments. Typically lasting between three to six months, internships provide an opportunity for interns to gain practical insights into their chosen career fields while allowing employers to evaluate their potential. Internships can serve as stepping stones to follow-on employment opportunities.
Apprenticeships: BCR Cyber’s apprenticeship programs provide trainees with immersive, real-world work experiences. These programs generally span 12 to 24 months and involve close mentorship from experienced professionals within the organization. As apprentices progress through the program, they achieve established milestones, and their compensation increases accordingly. By the end of the program, apprentices reach full journeyman level compensation, equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive in their IT/cyber roles.
Full-Time Employment: BCR Cyber collaborates closely with our Strategic Industry Partners (SIP) to identify and secure full-time positions for individuals who have successfully completed our IT/cyber training programs. With our extensive network and industry connections, we have placed over 1,000 individuals in IT/cyber-related positions, providing them with meaningful employment opportunities.
Strategic Industry Partners (SIP)
To ensure training programs are aligned with today’s cybersecurity industry standards, BCR Cyber has cultivated a consortium of 40+ employers, such as Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, and a host of small and medium size cybersecurity companies.
These organizations provide direct input on BCR Cyber’s training, ensuring it provides the most relevant and up-to-date content. They then monitor student progress and recruit from our program graduates.
