About BCR CYBER

Training America’s Cyber Workforce—Today and Tomorrow.

Where Industry, Education, and Talent Converge

From hands-on workforce development to compliance-driven proficiency testing, BCR Cyber delivers the training, certifications, and evaluations that drive industry readiness.

At BCR Cyber, we’ve developed proprietary systems and processes to ensure the effectiveness of our programs. Our training equips participants with the practical skills and experience required to meet the demands of today’s cybersecurity job market.

Our approach is grounded in direct industry collaboration. We’ve built an employer consortium consisting of more than 40 employers —industry leaders who meet regularly to shape our training, ensure real-world relevance, hire from our graduate pool, and enroll their own employees in our programs.

BCR Cyber also delivers hands-on training through its proprietary Series 3000 Cyber Range, now in its fourth generation. This advanced simulation environment allows trainees to engage in real-world cyber scenarios, building the technical proficiency needed for roles in today’s high-stakes security landscape.

We’ve continuously expanded our offerings to align with evolving industry needs. In addition to certification training aligned with CompTIA, (ISC)², Cyber AB, AWS, and FedRAMP, we offer our own proprietary, industry-recognized credential—the BCR Cyber SOC Operations Analyst I (SOCOA I). This certification validates critical SOC analyst skills and gives trainees a distinct edge in the hiring process.

Strategic Industry Partner Consortium

BCR Cyber is proud to lead a consortium of 40+ employers, including major industry players such as Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Accenture—alongside a diverse group of highly specialized cybersecurity firms that bring critical expertise and hiring power to the table.

These organizations play an active role in shaping our workforce development programs—providing direct, ongoing input to ensure our curriculum reflects current industry demands, technologies, and hiring expectations. Consortium members also monitor trainee progress, hire directly from our graduate pool, and enroll their own employees in our upskilling programs, creating a seamless pipeline between training and employment.
