BCR Cyber provides entry level IT/cyber curriculum development, training, and range services at no cost.
BCR Cyber’s Intrusion Countermeasures Education & Training (ICE-T) entry-level program is a 6-month course commencing with CompTIA’s A+, Network+ and Security+ training and certification, and then continues with BCR Cyber’s SOC Operations Analyst I (SOCOA I) and Fundamentals of AI in Cybersecurity (FAIC) training and certification.
All training involves substantial “hands on” lab experience. These programs are designed for the unemployed and underemployed entry-level IT/cyber population.
BCR Cyber provides entry level IT/cyber curriculum development, training, and range services at no cost to participants under:
- Maryland Department of Labor’s Employment Advancement Right Now (EARN) Program
- US Department of Agriculture’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program’s Education and Training (SNAP E&T) Program

State of Maryland Employment Advancement Right Now (EARN) Grant
Program Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must be domiciled in Maryland
- Have no criminal convictions
- 18 years old or older (17 turning 18 within 6 months of the start of the program)
SNAP Education and
Training Program Grant
Program Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must be domiciled in Maryland
- Have no criminal convictions
- 18 years old or older (17 turning 18 within 6 months of the start of the program)
- Must not receive TCA Cash Benefits
- Receive SNAP/food stamp benefits or eligible for SNAP/food stamp benefits
