BCR Cyber provides entry level IT/cyber curriculum development, training, and range services at no cost.
BCR Cyber’s Intrusion Countermeasures Education & Training (ICE-T) entry-level program is a 6-month course commencing with CompTIA’s A+, Network+ and Security+ training, and then continues with command line training and Security Operations Center (SOC) Simulation Training.
All training involves substantial “hands on” lab experience. These programs are designed for the unemployed and underemployed entry-level IT/cyber population.
BCR Cyber provides entry level IT/cyber curriculum development, training, and range services at no cost to participants under:
- Maryland Department of Labor’s Employment Advancement Right Now (EARN) Program
- US Department of Agriculture’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program’s Education and Training (SNAP E&T) Program

You can apply for our ICE-T program under the following grants:

State of Maryland Employment Advancement Right Now (EARN) Grant
Program Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must be domiciled in Maryland
- Have no criminal convictions
- 18 years old or older (17 turning 18 within 6 months of the start of the program)
SNAP Education and
Training Program Grant
Program Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must be domiciled in Maryland
- Have no criminal convictions
- 18 years old or older (17 turning 18 within 6 months of the start of the program)
- Must not receive TCA Cash Benefits
- Receive SNAP/food stamp benefits or eligible for SNAP/food stamp benefits
